1. Application Fee
The application fee for the Imara Awards is LKR 1,000. This fee covers our service charges and application process costs.
2. Non-Refundable Policy
Please note that the application fee is non-refundable. Once you have made the payment to proceed with your application, we cannot offer a refund under any circumstances.
3. Payment Process
You can apply for the Imara Awards without immediate payment. However, you will need to make the payment to proceed with and complete your application. Payments can be made:
- Directly to our NTB bank account
- Using our online payment system
4. Incomplete Applications
If you have paid the application fee but do not complete your application, the fee will not be refunded. We encourage you to ensure that you are ready to complete the application process before making the payment.
5. Technical Issues
In the rare event that you experience technical issues with our payment system that result in an erroneous charge, please contact us immediately at admin@imrafoundation.org or 011-2505645. We will investigate the issue and resolve it appropriately.
6. Changes to This Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
